By accessing or using Plexicore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. About Nexflow

Plexicore Ltd ("Plexicore", "we", "our", or "us") operates a digital platform that helps users discover job opportunities and identify relevant professional contacts using proprietary data and third-party sources. We are not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or staffing firm.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • keep your login credentials secure;
  • be responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Nature of the Service

Plexicore provides information and discovery tools only. We do not:

  • guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of job opportunities;
  • guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of professional contact information;
  • act on behalf of employers or candidates;
  • guarantee responses or outcomes from any outreach or applications.

Any reliance on information provided through the Services is at your own risk.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • misuse or abuse the Services;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the platform;
  • resell, redistribute, or publicly display platform data without authorisation;
  • use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or unethical purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or bypass platform protections.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action in case of misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including:

  • software,
  • algorithms,
  • databases,
  • content,
  • branding and trademarks,

are owned by or licensed to Plexicore. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal or internal professional purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

The Services may incorporate data or functionality from third-party providers, APIs, or external sources. Plexicore:

  • does not control these third parties;
  • is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices;
  • may modify or discontinue integrations at any time.

Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.

8. Fees and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Certain features of the Services may be offered on a paid basis. Where applicable:

  • pricing and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase;
  • fees are non-refundable unless required by law;
  • we may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plexicore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • accuracy or reliability of data;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • availability or uninterrupted access;
  • non-infringement of third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nexflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses;
  • Nexflow shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Plexicore in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Plexicore harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • your misuse of the Services;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • your use creates legal or security risks;
  • we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
